New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 54 § 6-1(84)

3. In case the holder of record of any certificate makes claim to a deed and claims to have lost his certificate of sale the officer whose duty it is to execute such deed upon satisfactory proof being made to him of the loss thereof may make out such deed without requiring the production of said certificate for cancellation.
