1. That in proceedings for the sale of lands for unpaid taxes and assessments under the act to which this is a further supplement, in cities not divided into wards, or that have no block maps, or have not two newspapers printed in the city, it shall be sufficient to describe the property by lot numbers on the assessment maps and publish the advertisement of sale in two newspapers circulating in the city, said advertisement to be published once in each week for four weeks prior to said sale.
