New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 54 § 6-1(20)

7. That the officer in any city authorized to make sale of lands sold by virtue of the act to which this is a supplement, and the supplements thereto, shall in every case be the officer now or hereafter authorized by law to make sale of lands sold therein for unpaid or delinquent taxes, to whom, when confirmed, the said report, or the certified copy thereof, shall be transmitted for this purpose.
