1. That from and after the publication hereof, the division line between the counties of Somerset and Morris, shall be as follows, videlicet, beginning at a fall of water commonly called Allamatonck falls, and also mentioned in the before-recited act; and from thence on a straight line, in a course east and by north, as the compass now points, to the main branch of Passaick river; and so down the said river, as the before-recited act directs, anything herein, or in any other act to the contrary thereof notwithstanding.
