New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 40 § 18-4(22.5)

15. That the courthouse, jail and all other county buildings for said county of Ocean shall be located at the village of Toms River; and that the circuit courts, common pleas, quarter sessions of the peace, orphans' court and court of oyer and terminer shall be held in and for the county of Ocean at the village of Toms River, at some place to be provided by the chosen freeholders of said county for holding said courts, and for the accommodation of the clerk and surrogate of said county.
