New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 40 § 18-4(17.1)

1. That all that part of the county of Hunterdon, embraced within the limits of the township of Hopewell, shall be, and the same is hereby attached to, and made a part of the county of Mercer, and shall be subject to all the laws which the county of Mercer now is or may be subject to; and the boundary line between the said township of Hopewell and the township of Amwell, in the county of Hunterdon, shall be hereafter the boundary line between the county of Mercer and the county of Hunterdon.
