1. That the adjutant general of this state be and is hereby relieved of all duties assigned him under an act entitled “An act to make the proceedings of the Department of New Jersey, of the Grand Army of the Republic, a part of the military archives of this state and to provide for the printing of the same,” approved March twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and ten, and also of all duties assigned him under a supplement to aforestated act, approved April twentieth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and that the said act and the supplement thereto be and the same are hereby repealed.
