New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 32 § 6-3(4)

4. Any balance remaining in the emergency school fund after payment shall have been made as provided in the preceding sections together with any amounts accruing to the fund through the repayment of bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness and interest thereon by the several counties and municipalities are hereby reappropriated to the emergency school fund for the purpose of continuing loans in the manner provided in sections one and two of this act.
