1. If any clause or provision of this contract shall at any time hereafter be determined
by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, illegal or void, such
determination shall not affect the validity or legality of the contract or any other
clause thereof, except with respect to such specific clause or provision so declared
to be unconstitutional, illegal or void.
