New Jersey Acts Saved from Repeal ACTS SAVED 27 § 11-13(1)

1. Where any municipality has failed to pay its state road tax levied in any year prior to one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, such municipality may and authority is hereby given it to do so by the issuance of bonds of the municipality, to be known as state road tax funding bonds, payable to the state highway sinking fund in the amount of the tax as levied, plus the penalties prescribed by law for nonpayment thereof up to April first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five.
