1. That the rights, estates, property and privileges, of the members of the unincorporated Society of Friends in this state, shall not be hurt, endamaged, or in any way affected by the division, secession or separation which has occurred in the said society, and that the rights, estate, property and privileges of the members of the unincorporated Society of Friends, in this state, shall be held and enjoyed according to the constitution and laws of this state.
