Nebraska Revised Statutes Chapter 81. State Administrative Departments § 81-1544. Public place, defined

<Section 81-1566 provides that the Nebraska Litter Reduction and Recycling Act terminates September 30, 2030, unless extended by the Legislature.>

Public place shall mean any place or area in the state that is used or held out for use by the public, whether owned or operated by public or private interests.
