Nebraska Revised Statutes Chapter 71. Public Health and Welfare § 71-6319.03. Accredited training program, defined

Accredited training program means a training program that has been accredited by the department to provide training for individuals engaged in lead-based paint activities.

Sec. 2. Upon a patient's written request and reasonable notice, a provider shall, at the provider's actual costs, provide to the patient or the patient's designee:

(1) access to;  or

(2) a copy of;

the patient's x-ray film possessed by the provider.
