North Dakota Century Code Title 50. Public Welfare § 50-06.3-02. Fees for services at regional centers

The department may charge and collect fees and expenses for services provided through its state-operated behavioral health clinics, and may authorize charging of fees for child support services. The department may establish fee scales which recognize the service recipient's or responsible relative's ability to pay. The department shall adopt such rules as are necessary to implement this chapter and to define terms used in this chapter.
