North Dakota Century Code Title 49. Public Utilities § 49-02-31. Purchase and retirement of renewable energy and recycled energy certificates to meet the objective

<This section was repealed by S.L. 2025, ch. 432 (S.B. 2359), § 2, eff. Aug. 1, 2025.>

A portion or all of the renewable energy and recycled energy objective may be met by the purchase and retirement of renewable energy and recycled energy certificates representing credits from qualified sources and facilities as described in section 49-02-26. Renewable energy and recycled energy certificates do not need to be acquired from an in-state facility.
