North Dakota Century Code Title 45. Partnerships § 45-10.2-74. Liability of general partner and person dissociated as general partner when claim against limited partnership barred

If a claim against a dissolved limited partnership is barred under section 45-10.2-72 or 45-10.2-73, then any corresponding claim under section 45-10.2-40 is also barred.
