1. A warehouseman may print on each warehouse receipt issued by the warehouseman a receipt executed by the owner for use if the grain represented on the receipt is purchased by the warehouseman. The warehouseman shall record the purchase, as to the amount paid per bushel, on the stub record or copy of the warehouseman's warehouse receipt books. The receipt must be in substantially the following form:
Received from __________, __________ dollars and __________ cents net, in full payment for the grain represented by this warehouse receipt. Gross price per bushel __________, storage per bushel __________, net price per bushel __________. I certify that I am the owner of the grain for which this receipt was issued, and that there are no liens, chattel mortgages, or other claims against the grain represented by this receipt.
Dated ______________________________, ______________________________. Signed ______________________________ Owner.
2. This section does not affect in any manner the conditions of the storage contract specified in sections 4.1-58-19 and 4.1-58-20.
