North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 90. Medicine and Allied Occupations § 90-210.19. Board members' oath of office

The members of said Board, before entering upon their duties, shall take and subscribe to the oath of office prescribed for other State officers, which said oath shall be administered by a person qualified to administer such oath and shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
