North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 17E. North Carolina Sheriffs' Education and Training Standards Commission § 17E-35. Expiration of disclosure of convictions and expungements for the office of sheriff

Any disclosure statement prepared by the Commission shall be valid for the purpose of filing in accordance with G.S. 163-106, 162-5, or 162-5.1 for 90 days after issuance.
