North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 143. State Departments, Institutions, and Commissions § 143-450. Employees of pesticide dealers;  dealer's responsibility

(a) Every licensed pesticide dealer shall submit to the Board, at such times as the Board or the Commissioner may prescribe, the names of all persons employed by him who sell or recommend “restricted use pesticides.”

(b) Each pesticide dealer shall be responsible for the actions of every person who acts as his employee or agent in the solicitation or sale of pesticides, and in all claims and recommendations for use or application of pesticides.
