North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 143. State Departments, Institutions, and Commissions § 143-215.125A. Annual fee

The Department shall charge permittees an annual fee of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00)   1 per permitted megawatt of capacity payable on or before September 1 for the previous fiscal year to be applied to the costs of administering this Article.  The Department may charge a late fee of eighty-nine dollars ($89.00)   1 per month per permit for every month or partial month that payment of the annual operating fee is delinquent.
