North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 120C. Lobbying § 120C-104. Chapter applies to candidates for certain offices

For purposes of this Chapter, the term “legislator” as defined in G.S. 120C-100(7) and the term “public servant” as defined in G.S. 138A-3(30)a. shall include an individual having filed a notice of candidacy for such office under G.S. 163-106 or Article 11 of Chapter 163 or nominated under G.S. 163-114 or G.S. 163-98.
