North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 106. Agriculture § 106-277.3. Label or tag requirements generally

Each container of agricultural and vegetable seeds which is sold, offered or exposed for sale, or transported within or into this State for seeding purposes shall bear thereon or have attached thereto in a conspicuous place a plainly written or printed label or tag in the English language giving the information required under G.S. 106-277.4 1 through 106-277.7, which information shall not be modified or denied in the labeling or on another label attached to the container.
