Montana Title 90. Planning, Research, and Development § 90-5-304. Extension of business assistance services to employee-owned enterprises

A business assistance program operated by the state must include employee-owned enterprises within the scope of its business assistance activities. An employee-owned enterprise is eligible for assistance, service, or financing available through any business assistance program receiving state money.
