Montana Title 85. Water Use § 85-7-2111. Refunds and cancellation of excess taxes

Upon the determination provided for in 85-7-2107 through 85-7-2113, the board of commissioners may refund any taxes paid or cancel any unpaid taxes or assessments levied upon an acreage in excess of that so fixed by the order of determination and whenever necessary may issue warrants therefor.
