Montana Title 85. Water Use § 85-7-204. Election of board of trustees

On the first Monday in March of each year after the creation of the district, a meeting of the water right owners of such district shall be called, time and place for such meeting to be published in at least two issues of the local paper prior to such meeting, and at such meeting a board of trustees of five members to serve for 1 year shall be elected by ballot.
