Montana Title 85. Water Use § 85-7-1712. Call for election

The board of commissioners may at any time call an election and submit to the qualified electors of the district any question which under the provisions of this chapter is required or which, in the judgment of the board, is proper to be submitted to popular vote. The election must be called by resolution and conducted in accordance with Title 13, chapter 1, part 5.
