Montana Title 85. Water Use § 85-7-1435. Details relating to revenue bonds

Bonds authorized to be issued under this part shall bear interest at a rate not exceeding the limitation of 17-5-102, payable semiannually, and may be in one or more series; bear such date or dates; mature at such time or times, not exceeding 40 years from their respective dates of issuance; be payable in such place or places; carry such registration privileges; be subject to such terms of redemption; be executed in such manner; contain such terms, covenants, and conditions; and be in such form, either coupon or registered, as the resolution or subsequent resolutions may provide.
