Montana Title 82. Minerals, Oil, and Gas § 82-2-424. Copy of statement to lessee

Sampling works and smelters within this state shall mail a duplicate copy of any statement showing the gross and net proceeds of all ores bought from or treated for lessors of mines to the lessee of the mine or mining claim from which the ores were extracted at the same time the statement is furnished to the lessor of the mine or mining claim or shipper of the ore.
