Montana Title 82. Minerals, Oil, and Gas § 82-2-306. Violation--immunity of landowner

Any work done in violation of this part is punishable as a misdemeanor, and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. The owner or lessor shall not be liable for injury to any person on either owned or leased land.
