A locator or claimant may at any time relocate the locator's or claimant's own claim for any purpose, except to avoid the performance of annual labor on the claim, and, by the relocation, may change the boundaries of the claim, the point of discovery, or both. However, the relocation must comply in all respects with the requirements of this part as to an original location.
