Montana Title 80. Agriculture § 80-6-203. Importation of bees in packages or queen cages

A person or common carrier may not transport or bring bees into this state in packages or queen cages unless the packages or queen cages are accompanied by a certificate of health issued by the official inspector of the state or country from which they came.
