Montana Title 80. Agriculture § 80-15-211. General agricultural chemical ground water management plan

The department shall develop and implement a general state agricultural chemical ground water management plan to achieve the policies of 80-15-103. This plan must include general program elements set forth in this chapter and best management plans and best management practices. Prior to publication of the plan, the department shall provide a 30-day period for the department of environmental quality to prepare and submit comments on the plan.
