Montana Title 77. State Lands § 77-1-1113. Historic riverbed use account

(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund into which the application fees collected pursuant to 77-1-1112 must be deposited.

(2) The funds in the account may be used only for administering the provisions of 77-1-1112.
