Montana Title 76. Land Resources and Use § 76-5-1111. Apportionment of costs

(1) The cost of all right-of-way acquired by purchase or condemnation pursuant to Title 70, chapter 30, together with any other property rights that may be required in furtherance of projects under this part, may be borne by the city, town, or county.

(2) The work of actual construction and the cost of construction may be borne by the federal government.
