Montana Title 76. Land Resources and Use § 76-4-134. Owner request for review

The department may review any parcel of land submitted for review by the owner of the parcel to determine whether the parcel may be developed with water and wastewater systems and to provide adequate solid waste disposal and storm water management. Upon making the determinations, the department may issue a certificate of subdivision approval for the parcel.
