Montana Title 76. Land Resources and Use § 76-16-210. Request for dissolution of state district

A state district, with the written consent of three-fourths of its permittee members, may at any time request the commission to dissolve the state district subject to the preferences of this chapter. The commission shall establish procedures for the dissolution of any state district.
