A person who removes, injures, or destroys or who renders difficult, uncertain, or impossible of identification any sawlogs, piling, railroad ties, cordwood, shingles, or other timber upon which there is a lien as provided in this part without the express consent of the person entitled to the lien is liable to a lienholder for the damages to the amount secured by the lienholder's lien.
