Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-8-2608. Permits for domestic use of dead and down timber

Permits may be issued free of charge to residents and settlers of the county for dead, down, or inferior timber for fuel and domestic purposes, in such quantities and under such restrictions and regulations as the board of county commissioners may approve.
