Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-7-4434. Notice of sale of bonds

The notice of sale of bonds required by 7-7-4433(2) for bonds sold publicly must be published once at least 5 days prior to the sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the state, and the governing body may publish the notice or summary of the notice in a financial newspaper published in the city of New York, Chicago, or San Francisco.
