Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-7-4235. Percentage of electors required to authorize issuing of bonds

Whenever the question of issuing bonds for any purpose is submitted to the registered electors of a city or town, the determination of the approval or rejection of the bond proposition is made by a majority of the votes cast on the issue.
