Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-32-2255. Inmate phone calls to attorney

As needed and subject to policies adopted by the local government that operates or contracts for the lease or operation of a detention center, the detention center administrator shall allow an inmate to speak on the telephone with the inmate's attorney without charge.
