Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-3-4404. Appointment of boards

The commission may appoint a municipal plan board and, upon the request of the city manager, shall appoint advisory boards. The members of such boards shall serve without compensation, and their duty shall be to consult and advise with the various departments. The duties and powers thus created shall be prescribed by ordinance.
