Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-3-1225. Vote required on certain measures

No measure making or amending a grant, renewal, or extension of a franchise or other special privilege may be passed without first submitting the application therefor to the qualified electors in the manner provided by 7-5-4321 and 7-5-4322.
