Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-21-3306. Payment of expenses incurred in connection with public market

The expense of the establishment and maintenance of the markets provided for in this part shall be paid by the boards of county commissioners from the general funds of the counties, except such portions of the expense of operating and maintaining the same as may be derived from the revenues provided for in this part.
