Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-21-2410. License to be displayed in place of business

(1) A transient retail merchant doing business under the provisions of this part shall at all times keep the license conspicuously posted in the place of business.

(2) A transient retail merchant who fails to post and keep posted the license as provided in subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500 for each offense.
