(1) An itinerant vendor doing business under the provisions of this part shall upon the demand of any person exhibit the vendor's license and permit the license to be read at the time by the person making the demand.
(2) An itinerant vendor who willfully refuses or fails to exhibit the license as provided in subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $250 for each offense.
