Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-2-2512. Effect of name change on district court

Current as of January 01, 2024 | Updated by Findlaw Staff

The terms of the district court in and for said county, as theretofore established by the court or a judge thereof under the former name of the county, shall become the terms of said court for the county under its new name and shall be held as stated, in and for said county under its former name.
