Montana Title 7. Local Government § 7-14-4717. List of unpaid assessments

After expiration of the prescribed time from the date of the warrant and after the treasurer has recorded the return, the treasurer shall make and certify to the clerk and recorder a complete list of all unpaid assessments that amount to $25 or more upon any assessment.
