If a receiver is appointed pursuant to 7-14-4664(2)(b), the receiver may enter and take possession of the parking facility or any part of the facility, operate and maintain the facility, and collect and receive all fees, rents, revenue, or other charges arising from the facility. The receiver shall keep the money in a separate account or accounts and apply the money in accordance with the obligations of the commission as the court directs.
